Coco was a few weeks old when he was seized in a raid on a suspected puppy farm along with up to 40 other dogs. The ISPCA worked with An Garda Síochána to remove the animals from their appalling living conditions. Many of the dogs and pups were imprisoned in cages or small pens that were soiled with urine and faeces. There was no food or clean drinking water visible. The dogs had no natural light or access to the outside for exercise. All were transferred to ISPCA rescue centres where they were given the veterinary care and love they desperately needed. All are now safe thanks to kind ISPCA supporters and their cruel owners will be held accountable.
