In March, we told you about Beckham who was found with an extremely matted coat and living in filthy conditions covered in faeces and muck.
He was surrendered to the ISPCA where he was examined and treated. He received the expert care that he needed and was fully rehabilitated by our dedicated animal carers and volunteers here at the Donegal Animal Rehabilitation Centre.
He soon found the perfect new home and his family sent in this adorable update:
“We met Beckham many times at the centre before going ahead with adoption, getting to know his lovely personality. Beckham was very timid and shy when adopted him which is understandable going to a new home, but it didn’t take him long to find his feet and settle right in. The family fell in love with his quiet and gentle nature straight away.
He loves his walks, especially on the beach and he’s happy to go anywhere in the car. He quickly became a special part of the family. We are so happy to be a part of his path to a healthy and happy life. He’s gained his lovely singing voice back for when it’s dinner time along with his new sassy personality.”
