Aroha and Kiwi originally came into ISPCA care in 2017 as part of our massive drive to rescue and rehome hundreds of dogs and cats from a pharmaceutical research lab in the West of Ireland.
They found a lovely home in Dublin, but sadly due to an unforeseen change in circumstances, these two ladies came back to the ISPCA and were looking for a new home together.
Luckily, they were adopted by a new family and they quickly settled into their new abode. Patricia sent in this lovely update about them:
“When they landed there was a deluge of rain so their new home was our kitchen for a few days! They’ve learned how to open the doors now! 6am my bedroom door opened and there was Aroha wanting to come in. And they’ve totally settled in (one of them is settled in on the tv box under the tv). They’ve established that it’s their home when doggy neighbours come to visit. They’re great, lovely company and I’m so happy to have them for company.”
