About Tommy

Tommy is a cracking fella waiting for his own second chance. He is a very friendly boy, he likes the company of other cats but can be a bit overbearing so his new playmate will need to have similar energy and suitable for rough & tumble with him. His ideal home would be indoor with access to outside as he pleases, he loves nothing more than lying about in the sun watching the world go by. He loves his home comforts too and will find a comfy hotspot to lie. Toys are his favourite thing, esp interactive ones, anything on a stick he can chase is ideal and also chasing lasers bring his great joy. This boy also loves catching bubbles in the garden, we are not sure if he knows he is a cat.
He is in good health, neutered and has started his vaccine schedule. He is currently in a foster home loving the comforts and love that brings but craves his own forever home. He would be a great family pet and or fit into any home, so long as there is good grub, plenty of pets and lots of toys, he is happy.
If Tommy is the one for you, you can complete an application form with this link, https://www.ispca.ie/rehoming/cats-rehoming-form-donegal, if you have any questions relating to adoption of cats or wish to arrange an appointment to meet them, please call us on 0749152360 alternatively email [email protected]

The Process

The adoption process at the ISPCA is designed to ensure the best possible match between animals and their prospective adopters.

Step One
Contact us

Contact the member society or animal centre and arrange to visit them. To save time you can complete an application form online, directly from the animal page.

Step Two
Get all the info

The member society or animal centre will give you information on adopting an animal, including the cost, and can help you fill out the right forms.

Step Three
Meet him/her

Following an assessment to match you with the right pet, you can meet the animals and reserve the animal you like.

Step Four
Show us around

A home visit will then be carried out to check your home is suitable for the pet you have chosen.

Step Five
Welcome your new best friend

When all the paperwork and checks are complete – you can take your new pet home! A follow up visit is usually carried out to make sure you and your new pet are happy!
